बात आज से थोड़ी पुरानी है आज से लगभग सवा सौ साल पहले स्कॉटलैंड में एक अत्यंत शक्तिशाली युवा हुआ था जिसका नाम था एंगस मेकेस्किल।उसका जन्म हुआ था 1825 में और 1863 में उसकी मृत्यु हो गई यानी सिर्फ 38 वर्ष की आयू में। उसकी लंबाई थी 7 फुट 9 इंच और वजन था 193 किलोग्राम ।एंगस के कुल 12 भाई-बहन थे और सब के सब सामान्य शरीर वाले थे बचपन में उसके शरीर में भी कोई विशेष बात नहीं थी लेकिन जैसे-जैसे उसकी उम्र बढ़ती गई उसके भीतर असाधारण शक्ति आती चली गई और एक बार उसने अपनी शक्ति का प्रदर्शन किया जब उसकी उम्र महज 14 साल थी और उसने एक इतना बड़ा लट्ठा जिसे उठाने के लिए कम से कम 10 लोग लगते उसने उस लट्ठे को अकेले उठाकर आरा मशीन तक पहुंचा कर उसे काट भी डाला था और 14 वर्ष की आयु के पश्चात उसकी आकार में वृद्धि होने लगी और 19 साल का होते होते उसकी लंबाई 7 फुट 9 इंच हो गई इतना तीर का और ताकतवर होने के बावजूद उसकी खुराक एक सामान्य व्यक्ति जितनी ही थी उसके बारे में एक मजेदार बात है कि उसके जूते इतने बड़े थे कि एक बार उसके जूतों में एक बिल्ली ने अपने बच्चे दे दी और 21 दिन तक वह बच्चे उसके जूते में ही रहे वह ज
